Deactivating Contacts

When a contact on an account is no longer active you can reflect this change in Bolstra.

1. Click into the contacts section on the left-hand side of the account page.

2. Expand the contact for more details by clicking twice, the following buttons will appear at the top of the contact details :

If you need to see a list of inactive contacts on an account go into the contacts section and click the three dots on the far right of the contact list, you can also reactivate a contact from this list.
