Adding/Importing Accounts

When first setting up your Bolstra instance you will want to use the account loader for mass imports and updates.

On the accounts page in the Expert Console hover over the blue button on the bottom right of the screen.

First choose “Import Accounts” then “Download Spreadsheet” on the next page.

Once you have populated all of the fields in the spreadsheet go back to this same page and click “Import Spreadsheet”

It is important to note that before you do any of this you should go to the administration page and add all applicable account attributes and categories so that when you download the spreadsheet you will have these fields available to fill in.

After importing accounts you can then import contacts and contracts through the similar blue buttons:

If you are wanting to add only one account at a time click the blue + it will then take you to the below screen.

Begin filling out pertinent details to the new account you are adding
