Using Labels

Labels are useful when wanting to cause certain activity cards to stand out and draw your attention to them.

Below is an expanded view of an activity card. Click labels on the right and choose the appropriate one.

You can also filter by labels revealing items that were labeled as “urgent” or “this week priority”

If you have admin rights go to the administration page and click “Activity Labels” to create an endless amount of types and colors for your CSMs to choose from.
