Filtering Activities

Seeing everyone’s activity cards on the dashboard can be overwhelming, filtering these cards can help you see more clearly what accounts need your attention.

Under filter activity by: click ‘Add Filter Attributes’ and choose one or multiple selections.

After clicking “Add Selected” in the top right corner of the Attributes window you can then filter further and then save the selection as a filter for repeated future use.

Click Save As at the bottom of the window and choose if you want the filter to be public or for only your viewing.

You can access this filter in the “Saved Filters” section to the right of “Sort and Filter”, click LOAD

TIP: The last filter applied will be how you see your activity dashboard until you reset it (the reset button is next to the save as option)
